Daniel S. Reeker

Attorney Daniel S. Reeker is licensed to practice law in Nebraska. Dan earned his law degree from Creighton University School of Law. He also received a Master’s degree in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution as well as a Bachelor’s degree both from Creighton University. Dan primarily practices in the areas of general litigation, immigration, criminal defense, family/divorce, personal injury, workers’ compensation, bankruptcy, and estate/business planning, and has successfully argued cases before the Nebraska Supreme Court. Dan is also certified as a Civil/Small Claims Mediator by the Nebraska Supreme Court Office of Dispute Resolution. Prior to joining Kendall, Crawford & Reeker in 2015, Dan spent several years as the Managing Attorney at a prominent immigration firm in Omaha.
