Joshua A. Waltjer

Attorney  Joshua A. Waltjer is licensed to practice law in Nebraska and Iowa. Joshua earned his law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law where he graduated with Distinction and was selected to the Order of the Barristers.  He also received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where he served as vice president of the student body. Joshua primarily practices in the areas of general litigation, immigration, criminal defense, family law, and workers' compensation. Prior to joining Kendall, Crawford & Reeker in 2021, Joshua worked in private practice in Omaha. While in college, Joshua had the opportunity to intern for a U.S. Senator in Washington, D.C. In law school, Joshua was selected to represent Nebraska Law on the National Moot Court team and Client Counseling Regional Team and served as a member of the Nebraska Moot Court Board.
